Plenty ("we", "us") operates the website plenty.cy. This policy explains what personal data we collect during our pre-launch period, why we collect it, and what rights you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

1. What we collect

• Waitlist data. If you join our waitlist, we store your email address, the time of signup, and which page or button you signed up from.
• Technical data. Our server records the IP address and browser information of requests, including waitlist submissions. We use this only to keep the service running and to prevent spam and abuse.

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or cookies for tracking on this site.

2. Why we collect it (legal basis)

• Waitlist email — to notify you about the Plenty launch and early access. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit the form.
• Technical data — to operate and secure the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until we launch and complete the launch communication, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Technical logs are kept for a short operational period only.

4. Who we share it with

Nobody, except the infrastructure provider that hosts this website (Railway Corp.). Hosting infrastructure may be located outside the EEA; where that is the case, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for marketing by third parties.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete, or export the data we hold about you, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent (which stops future launch emails). You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

7. Changes

When we launch sales, this policy will be replaced by a full version covering orders, payments, and delivery. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
