Welcome to plenty.cy, the pre-launch website of Plenty ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to these terms. They're short because the site currently does one thing: it presents our upcoming products and lets you join a waitlist.

1. What this site is

This is an informational, pre-launch website. Products shown here are not yet on sale, and nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell. Product descriptions, ratings, and availability may change before launch.

2. Not medical advice

Content on this site, including the Hair Blog, is general information about cosmetic hair care. It is not medical advice, and our products are cosmetics, not medicines. If you experience sudden, patchy, or unexplained hair loss, or have a scalp condition, consult a doctor or dermatologist.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we'll email you about the Plenty launch and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time. How we handle your email is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual property

The Plenty name, logo, product designs, images, and all content on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no automated scraping of personal data, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, and no submitting false or third-party email addresses to the waitlist.

6. No warranties, limited liability

The site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the site available, but we don't guarantee either. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this informational site.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
